Om Shaadiway Pvt Ltd is based in the Adharshila Complex on the 6th floor. We are at South Gandhi Maidan in Patna, which is a very prominent part of the city. Being on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view over the area, and it is a bit quieter up here than down on the street. The office is room 406. It is a place where we spend our days talking to families and individuals. The atmosphere is usually quite busy with phones ringing and people coming in for meetings. We have some comfortable chairs for guests because the conversations can sometimes go on for a while. There are files and folders everywhere, mostly containing details of people looking for matches. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. The office isn't super modern, but it is clean and serves its purpose. We have a corner for tea and coffee, which we use a lot. Gandhi Maidan is always full of activity, and sometimes we can see events happening from our floor. Working in the matrimonial field means we hear a lot of stories every day. We just try to keep everything organized and help people as much as we can. It is a steady job in a nice location. We don't use any fancy management techniques; we just talk to people and do our best to manage the information we have. We are here from Monday to Saturday, and there is always something to do.
