Om Sai Kirana & General Store

My shop, Om Sai Kirana & General Store, is located in Ward Number 13. We are in the Taj Partap Nagar area, right near the bypass road in Anisabad. It is a good spot because people heading home from work can just stop by easily. I have lived around here for many years, so setting up the store felt like a natural thing to do. We sell all the usual things you would expect to find, like spices, rice, cooking oil, and biscuits. The kids from the nearby houses always come in for sweets in the evening. It gets quite busy then. The shop is not very large, so we have to stack things all the way to the ceiling sometimes to fit everything in. I have to be careful not to knock anything over when I am reaching for a bag of flour on the top shelf. The bypass road makes it a bit noisy with all the big trucks passing by, but we are used to it now. I usually keep a plastic chair outside the front door to sit on during the quiet hours in the afternoon. My wife helps me manage the accounts in the evenings when things calm down. We do not have any big plans to expand the business or anything. We just want to keep the shelves full and the neighbors happy with what they buy. It is a typical neighborhood store for typical needs.
