Om Logistics Ltd. has its office in Patna, right in the Transport Nagar area. We are located near the Teacher’s Colony on Road No. E. Transport Nagar is always a mess of vehicles and dust, especially in the afternoons. It is a very busy hub for anyone involved in moving cargo. Our building is in the Kumhrar area, and it can be quite noisy with all the horns honking outside. The office inside is pretty basic. We have a few old desks and some chairs for visitors who come by to discuss shipments. Most of the work involves talking to drivers and making sure the loading happens on time. Patna can get really crowded, and the roads near Transport Nagar are often jammed with lorries. We spend a lot of time just waiting for trucks to make it through the gate. It isn't a polished corporate office; it’s a working environment where things are a bit messy but functional. We have a lot of registers to fill out by hand and the fans are always on to deal with the Patna heat. The staff here is used to the chaos of the transport business. We just get on with our tasks, checking the orders and making sure the paperwork is clear for the highway authorities. It’s a tough environment but we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time and know how things work around here.
