Observer A Unit Of Jaya Classes

Our office is located at E 145 in the Malahi Pakadi Doctors Colony. It's in the Kankarbagh area of Patna, which is a pretty well-known spot. We are quite close to Ishan International School, so it's easy for parents to find us. This place is part of Jaya Classes, and we've been operating out of this building for some time now. It’s a residential-feeling area, which makes it a bit quieter than the main roads. We have several rooms set up for different batches of students. It’s a very local feel here. We know the neighbors and the people who walk their dogs past the gate. Most of our students come from the surrounding Kankarbagh neighborhoods. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us answering the phone and teaching the classes. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that's just life in Patna. We focus on the books and the lessons. People know us because we’ve been around for a while. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to help the kids in our colony do better in their exams. It’s a humble place with a lot of history in the local community. We often sit out on the porch during breaks to get some fresh air. It’s just a normal day-to-day business for us, helping one student at a time with their schoolwork.
