We are located right on the New Bypass Road in Hanuman Nagar. It’s near Ambedkar Chowk in Kankarbagh, which is a very busy part of Patna. Being opposite Metro Hospital makes us pretty easy to find if you’re coming from that direction. Our office is a mix of a classroom and a place where we handle distance learning paperwork. There are always stacks of forms and registration guides sitting on the main table. People come in at all hours, often after they finish their regular jobs, to ask about how they can get their degrees while still working. We have a few computers that are always running, and the printer usually has a bit of a quirk where it jams if you put too much paper in at once. The floor is just plain tiles and we have some basic chairs for people to sit on while they wait. It gets quite dusty because of the bypass road traffic, so we are always wiping down the desks. It isn't a polished corporate office. It’s a place where real people come to try and improve their lives through education. We keep things straightforward and don't use a lot of complicated words when we talk to our visitors. It’s just us helping out whoever walks through the door. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up the mailing of documents, but that's just how it goes here.
