Our office is based in Majeed Villa, over in the Gowal Toli area of Sultanganj here in Patna. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned spot, which we actually prefer over those modern glass boxes. Being in Patna-6 means we’re right in the thick of things. As an engineering company, we’ve handled a lot of different projects over the years, from small local builds to bigger infrastructure tasks. We don’t have a flashy reception area or anything like that. When you walk into Majeed Villa, you’ll mostly see desks piled with blueprints, rolls of technical drawings, and a few of us drinking tea while we argue over a calculation. It’s a very hands-on environment. We’ve been here long enough that most of the locals know exactly where we are if they need to drop something off or ask a question. The heat in the summer can be a real challenge in these older buildings, but we just keep the fans going and stay focused on the work. We aren't big on corporate rules or fancy titles. We’re just a group of people who know how to get engineering work done. Most of our projects come to us because we’ve been around for so long and people know they can trust us to be practical and honest about what can be done. It’s a busy life, and the villa is always full of activity, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
