M.V.V.Builders

M.V.V.Builders is located at D:No.52-3-12 in the Old Resapuvanipalem area of Visakhapatnam. A good landmark to find us is the Uday Bar & Restaurant. We are right near there. It’s a bit of an older part of Vizag, so it has a lot of character and history. Our office is pretty straightforward. We do not have any fancy decorations on the walls or expensive carpets. It’s a place for work, so we have drawing tables and stacks of blueprints everywhere. The air from the coast can be a bit humid, so the papers sometimes feel a little damp, but that’s just life in Vizag. We’ve been around Resapuvanipalem for quite a while now. Most people who work here have been with us for years. We are not a big corporate giant. We are just builders who know how to put things together. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on supplies. It gets a bit loud in the office when everyone is on the phone at once. We do not really bother with being polished or sounding professional. We just want to get the buildings finished on time. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and looking over some site plans. It’s a busy, messy, real office. We like the neighborhood and the people around here. It’s a good place to be.
