Our spot is in East Nehru Nagar over in Patna. If you are looking for Vijai Electricals Ltd., we are in the Chandapuri Enclave on Road Number 6. It is a residential area, so it stays relatively calm compared to the main noisy roads of the city. We operate out of 2D, which is where Prabhat Narain Singh is based as well. It is a bit of a mix between a home and an office setup. We handle the Bihar side of things for the company. Most of the day is spent on the phone handling local calls and making sure the electrical supplies are moving to the right locations. Patna has its own way of working, and we have adapted to the local rhythm over the years. The office has piles of ledgers and some old computers that still do the job just fine. We do not have any fancy receptionists or waiting rooms for visitors. Usually, if someone comes by to talk, they just pull up a plastic chair and we get to it. The monsoon season is always a bit of a worry because the road outside can get a bit waterlogged after a heavy downpour. We just make sure the important files are kept high up. It is a small team here, just a couple of us doing the daily grind. We know the local shops nearby and usually grab our lunch from the same corner place. It is just a basic, honest way to run our branch.
