Our branch of GTL Limited is located in Maa Laxmi Nagar, which is over in the Kanchanpur area of Varanasi. It’s right near the D.L.W. post office, which is a pretty well-known landmark for anyone living around here. Varanasi is a city that never really sleeps, and our office feels a bit like that too. There is always someone coming in with a question or a piece of equipment that needs looking at. We aren't a big corporate setup with a receptionist and fancy chairs. It’s mostly just us in a simple room, trying to keep up with the workload. The streets around Kanchanpur can get a bit messy, especially during the monsoon, but we manage. Most of the staff live nearby, so we walk or ride our bikes to work. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just show up, see what needs to be done, and do it. Some days it’s paperwork, and other days we’re out in the field. It’s a practical way to live. Being in Maa Laxmi Nagar means we have plenty of neighbors, and we try to keep things quiet so we don't bother anyone. People in the city know where to find us if they need our help. It’s just a normal business doing its thing in a very busy part of India. We don't pretend to be anything we’re not. It’s just us here.
