We’re over in Bhusaula Danapur, working out of a space at Surendra Prasad’s place. It’s a bit away from the main rush of the city, which is nice sometimes. Mrsph Realtor Private Limited started because we saw how much was changing around the Danapur area. We don’t have a lot of employees, just a few of us who know the local land and the people around here. Most of our work involves helping people figure out what to do with their plots or finding a place to stay. It’s not always easy work. There’s a lot of walking around and checking boundaries. We spend a lot of time in the village and the post area. People stop by to ask questions and we try to give them the straight story without any extra fluff. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to handle our business in Bhusaula and make sure the paperwork is sorted. Sometimes we’re out in the field all day, and other times we’re just sitting at the desk. Danapur is growing fast, so there’s always something new happening with the properties nearby. It keeps us busy. We like the pace here. It feels more personal when you know the people you're talking to. That’s just how we operate. Nothing too fancy, just regular work for regular people in our corner of the world.
