Mohit Dream Home

Working on the Danapur-Khagaul Road means we see a lot of traffic every single day. Mohit Dream Home is located near St. Karens School which is a landmark everyone knows around here. We aren't a big corporate real estate firm with fancy brochures and high-rise offices. Our place in Vijay Vihar Colony is pretty simple and we spend most of our time out meeting people. We look at different plots of land and houses that are for sale in the area. It involves a lot of walking around and checking the boundaries while talking to the owners. Sometimes the paperwork for these properties is a real mess and it takes us forever to get it sorted out. We have to deal with the local authorities and wait in lines quite often. People come to us when they are looking for a place to build a small home or just an investment. We tell them what we know about the neighborhood and which areas have better water or electricity. It’s a lot of talking and drinking tea while discussing prices. My car is usually full of maps and documents that I need to keep track of. We try to be straightforward with folks because buying a home is a big deal for them. It’s just a small office but we keep pretty busy with all the new buildings going up around the colony and the main road.
