Mithila Pickles And Chutneys Private Limited

We operate out of Flat Number 404 in Ambience Park, which is on East B. C. Road in the New Capital area of Patna. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift isn't working, but that’s just how it goes in city buildings sometimes. Mithila Pickles And Chutneys is really about those traditional tastes we all grew up with. We spend a lot of time peeling, cutting, and mixing things. The smell of mustard oil and spices is pretty much always hanging around our space. Patna is a crowded city, and being in the New Capital area means there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside, but inside we just focus on the jars. We aren't some big factory with machines doing everything; there is a lot of hand-work involved in getting the pickles right. Sometimes we run out of a certain spice and have to go hunting through the local markets to find the right quality. It’s a lot of work, and our hands usually end up stained with turmeric or chili. We just want to make stuff that tastes like home. If you are around East B. C. Road, you’re in our neck of the woods. We are just a small team trying to keep the Mithila tradition alive in a busy city environment. It takes a lot of patience to let the jars sit in the sun for long enough.
