Sunil Kumar’s house is where we keep the papers, but the real action happens at the mela. My father, Jimdar Yadav, always said agriculture is the backbone of Patna. We are in Ward No. 10 of Pathak Milki, right in the middle of Dulhinbazar. The weekly market is when things get really loud and busy. Farmers bring their cattle and goats from all over the district. It is a mess of people, animals, and noise, but it is how we do business. We have got the private limited tag now, but it still feels like the same old market we have had for years. You will see cows being traded and people arguing over prices for seeds and tools. It is not just about selling stuff; it is where everyone meets up to catch up on news. Sometimes the rain turns the ground into thick mud, and we all just have to deal with it. We do not have fancy booths or anything. It is mostly just tents and open ground. The tea stalls do a lot of business on those days. We stay until the sun goes down and everyone starts heading home. It is exhausting, but when the next week comes, we are all back at it again. That is life in Patna for us. We just keep the traditions going while trying to manage the paperwork that comes with being a real company now.
