We are over at M3/38 in Sri Puri Krishna. It is in Patna, and the 800001 zip code tells you we are right in the central part of things. The office isn't anything you would see in a magazine. It is a practical space where we manage our silicone business. There are shelves filled with folders and some samples of the materials we work with. It gets quite dusty here sometimes, so we spend a fair bit of time wiping down the desks. The street outside is always humming with activity. We have a small crew and we have all known each other for years. There is no dress code or anything, just whatever is comfortable for the weather. It is a quiet enough place once you are inside, away from the main road noise. We keep a water cooler in the corner which is the most popular spot in the building. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek look. We just want to make sure our work is done right and things get sent out on time. It is a simple operation, run by people who live nearby and care about doing a decent job. We don't have fancy titles, just the daily tasks that keep us busy.
