Mamta Travels & Caterers

We run Mamta Travels & Caterers out of the Mamta Hotel building. We are located right at Daak Bunglow Chowk, which is one of the busiest and most crowded spots in all of Patna. If you are near the Dak Bunglow crossing, you really cannot miss our sign. It is a bit of a unique setup because we handle both travel arrangements and catering services from the same place. This keeps us very busy throughout the week. One minute we might be talking to someone about renting a car for a wedding, and the next minute we are discussing a food menu for a local event or party. It is a lot of different things to keep track of, but we have gotten the hang of it over the many years we have been here. The office is usually full of energy because there is always something happening. We have a small staff that helps out with both sides of the business. We don't try to sound like some big corporation because we are just a local operation. We are regular people working on services that folks in the city use. Being at such a central location means we get a lot of walk-in traffic. People stop by while they are out running errands or on their way to their jobs. We try to be helpful and give clear answers about what we can provide, whether it is a bus booking or a large lunch order.
