Macroranjanadyaraj(Jv)

This is the office for Macroranjanadyaraj, which is a joint venture. We are located in Patna. The address is a bit long because it involves being at Sri Ramsewak Mahto's place, care of Sri Mohan Singh. We are in Ramnagari Sector 2, near Ashiana Nagar. Patna can be a very busy place to navigate. Our setup is pretty simple and is located in a residential area. It feels more like a home than a corporate office. We have some chairs and a table where we sit down to discuss the day's tasks. Most of our work involves coordinating between different people for the JV. We do not have any big signs or posters on the walls. It is mostly just shelves of files and a few ledgers. The district is Patna 25. The neighborhood is fairly quiet during the day when everyone else is at work. We get our mail delivered to the house and we handle all the business from the front room. Sometimes we have to travel out to different sites, but this is where we do the planning and the phone calls. The atmosphere is very informal. We know most of the people on the street. It is not a place for fancy suits or big presentations. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us and try to get things done without making any big mistakes. It works for us and we keep things simple.
