Maa Bhagwati Travels

Our place, Maa Bhagwati Travels, is located right on the Buddha Colony Main Road. It’s a well-known area in Patna, and being on the main road means we see everything that goes on. We’ve been running this travel setup for a while now. It’s not a big company with many branches, just this one spot where we handle everything. We do a lot of local car rentals and help people plan out their trips to nearby towns or even further away. The office is pretty basic. We have a desk, some chairs for people to sit while they wait, and a lot of maps and schedules pinned up. We don't really go for a polished look. It feels more like a lived-in space because we spend so much time here. Buddha Colony is a good place to be, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We have a few drivers who have been with us for years. They know the shortcuts and how to avoid the worst of the Patna traffic. We don't have a marketing department or anything. We just talk to the people who walk in and try to help them out with their travel needs. It’s honest work. Sometimes things go wrong, like a tire gets flat or a road is closed, and we just deal with it as it happens. We like being part of the community here and knowing our neighbors. That’s just how we run things in this part of the city.
