We are located in Danapur, which is on the outskirts of Patna in Bihar. The office is actually inside Satya Prakash Tara Niwas, right in the Shanti Nagar area of Judges Colony. It’s a pretty decent residential neighborhood, so it stays relatively quiet throughout the day, except for the occasional street vendor passing by. We’ve been at this address for a good while now. Being in a colony like this means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, so we don’t have a lot of heavy machinery or loud noise. It’s mostly just administrative work happening here. The rooms are filled with folders and planners. We spend a lot of time on the computer, dealing with the logistics of our joint venture projects. Sometimes the heat in Patna gets a bit much in the summer, but we have our fans and the occasional cold drink to keep us going. We aren't the type of place with a big HR department or a cafeteria. We usually just bring our lunches from home and eat together. It’s a very human way to work, really. There is a lot of back and forth with the main office, and our job is to make sure the details are correct on this end. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s ours, and we take it seriously enough to make sure everything is filed correctly before we lock up at night and head home.
