Our office is located in Yarpur on Shivaji Path, right near The Vijay Niketan here in Patna. It’s a family-run sort of feel because Ajay Kumar Gupta handles things, following in the footsteps of Sri Ram Deo Prasad. We’ve been in this part of Bihar for quite a long time. The office itself is part of a busy neighborhood, so there’s always noise from the street and people stopping by to say hello. We don’t really have a corporate structure. It’s more about getting the daily business of L.B.S.N.S. Ltd. sorted out without too much trouble. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the filing system is mostly just stacks of paper on the desks, but we know where everything is. We don’t go in for big marketing or trying to sound like we’re something we aren't. We are just a local company doing our work day in and day out. Sometimes the heat in Patna makes the afternoons tough, but we have our fans and our cold water. It’s a simple setup. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for years. We handle the paperwork and the logistics for our trade, and we try to keep our clients happy without any extra drama. It’s just how things are done here on Shivaji Path. We’re a practical bunch and we like to keep things straightforward. We just take it one day at a time.
