L&T-Ecc

If you look for House No 45-53-7/2 in Abidnagar, Akkayyapalem, you’ll find us. This is where we run the L&T-Ecc operations for this part of Visakhapatnam. It’s a regular house that we’ve converted into an office, which makes it feel a bit more comfortable than a cold office building. We have the downstairs area set up with desks and a few computers. It gets quite busy because Akkayyapalem is a central spot, so there’s always something happening outside. Inside, it’s mostly us talking about materials, deadlines, and labor schedules. We don’t use a lot of corporate talk here. We just say things like they are. If a shipment is late, we deal with it. If a drawing is wrong, we fix it. There’s a small kitchen out back where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best ideas happen. The walls are a bit yellowed from the age of the building, and the gate squeaks every time someone enters. We’ve been meaning to oil it for months. It’s a place where work actually happens, not just meetings about work. Sometimes the power goes off for an hour in the afternoon, and we all just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s those moments that make the team feel more like a family. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one that's a bit weathered from the sun. People know where we are if they need us, and that’s enough.
