L&T, Ecc

We are based in Visakhapatnam, over in the Narasimhanagar neighborhood. The address is 45-58-5/8/1, which can be a bit tricky for people to find the first time they visit. We’ve been here for a good while, operating as L&T, Ecc. Vizag is a great city to work in, especially with the sea breeze that comes through in the evenings. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage various construction projects around the district. We aren't big on decoration. The walls are mostly covered in calendars and safety posters. There’s a stack of hard hats near the entrance that everyone grabs on their way out to the sites. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different teams and making sure the supplies arrive at the right time. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don't go according to plan. We deal with those issues as they come up. The humidity here can be a lot, especially in the middle of the day, so we usually have the fans going full blast. Most of the people working here are from around the area, so we know the local shortcuts and the best places to get a quick snack. It’s a grounded environment. We don't pretend to be more than we are. We just show up, do the work, and make sure the projects keep moving forward. It’s a simple routine that we’ve followed for years now.
