L&T Ecc Div.

L&T Ecc Div. is tucked away in Sainath Colony, specifically at 119 Sector C, which is part of Tilak Nagar in Indore. We are based C/O S.J. Tare. It’s a nice enough area, mostly quiet with a good local feel. Our office isn’t a big skyscraper or anything; it’s a regular building in a residential sector. We like it because it feels more personal and less like a cold corporate environment. We spend our days dealing with various projects and making sure all the details are sorted out. There isn’t any fancy marketing language used here. We just speak plainly and get our work done. Indore is a great city to be in, and we feel like we are part of the community in Sainath Colony. We don't have a big mission statement or any of that stuff. We just believe in showing up and doing a decent day's work. Sometimes we have tea together and talk about the day's tasks. It’s a simple, honest environment. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. If you come by Tilak Nagar, you'll see we are just a normal group of people working hard at L&T Ecc Div. and trying to keep everything running smoothly. It’s a practical setup that has worked for us for a long time now. We just do our bit and go home.
