L & T Ecc Division

You can find our L & T Ecc Division office in K.R.M Colony, right near the Eenadu building in Vizag. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and houses mixed together. D. Chinnababu’s place is where we set up our base of operations. It’s a standard D/No-53-29-5/2 address, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s all business. We’ve got stacks of paper and folders for all the projects we are handling in the city. Visakhapatnam is growing fast, and we are right in the middle of that. We spend most of our time coordinating with the teams out in the field. The salt air from the coast makes everything rust a bit faster, so we are always cleaning our equipment. It’s a small space, so we have to stay organized, though it doesn't always look that way. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. People come by to drop off documents all day long. We don't have a big corporate culture here. We just get our tasks done and talk about the local news. It’s a practical setup for the work we do. No one wears suits; we just wear what’s comfortable for the weather. It’s just a normal day of work for us. We try to be helpful when someone calls with a question about a project.
