That’s just how you learn this trade. We started this because we knew how to fix things and thought others might want to learn too. It’s a hands-on kind of place. You’ll see wires and screens all over the benches. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or big ads. Most people hear about us from their friends or someone else we helped. The SNY Complex is an older building, but it works for what we do. We spend our days showing people how to use a soldering iron or how to swap out a broken screen. It’s practical work. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but it’s a good environment for learning. We’re just regular people trying to pass on some useful skills to anyone willing to put in the time. It’s not a corporate school, just a workshop.
