Our office is on South Chandmari Road in the Budh Nagar area of Patna. You’ll find us on Road No.-3. We’ve been operating in Patna for a good bit now, focusing on various building projects around the city. Patna is a place where you really have to know the local scene to get anything done. We spend a lot of our time dealing with local vendors and making sure our crews have what they need to keep moving. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and stacks of blueprints everywhere. We do buildcon work, which basically means we are involved in the construction and development side of things. It is a lot of grit and sweat. The weather here can be extreme, with the heat in the summer and the heavy rains, so we have to plan our work cycles around that. We aren't a massive corporation with a huge advertising budget. Most of the people who come to us are locals who know the area and want to build something solid. We try to be straightforward with everyone. If a project is going to take six months, we don't tell them it will take three. We just keep our heads down and work on the sites. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do for a living and we take it seriously.
