Kshitijz Clinic

This clinic is situated right across from the Durga Mandir in Yarpur. Being on the Main Road in Patna means there is always a lot of noise from the horns and the rickshaws passing by all day. We are at number 1 on this stretch. It is a busy spot, especially during the festival times when the temple gets crowded. Inside it is much quieter though. We have some plastic chairs in the waiting area for the patients. The walls are painted a light color that has started to fade a bit near the door. We have a small desk where we keep the registers and the patient files. It is not a very large space but it works for what we do here. People from the nearby streets know us well and they just walk in when they are feeling unwell. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoons and we have to use the hand fans until it comes back. The doctor sits in the back room. We have been in this Yarpur neighborhood for a long time now. I usually reach here by nine in the morning to open the shutters and get the water ready. It gets quite hot in the summer months so we keep the fan running full speed. Most of our visitors are regulars who live just a few blocks away. We just handle the daily walk-ins and keep things moving as best as we can without much fuss or any complicated systems.
