Our office for Agrani Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. is at No. 19 in the IAS Colony in Kidwaipuri. It is a decent neighborhood to work in. Since it is an IAS colony, it usually stays pretty quiet, which helps when we have to focus on our development projects. The building is a standard house that we use for our operations. We have a few desks set up in the main room and some filing cabinets that are getting a bit too full these days. We spend a lot of time discussing land and construction. People come by to talk about different plots or to check on how things are moving along. We usually keep some water bottles on the table for anyone who stops in. The walk from the main road to the colony is nice because there are a few trees along the way. We don't have a big receptionist or anything like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just lets people in. We have been working in Kidwaipuri for a good stretch of time now. It feels like home more than an office sometimes. We just wear our regular shirts and trousers and get to work. There is always a lot of paperwork with this kind of business, so we are often buried under stacks of documents. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep everything running without too much fuss.
