Aim Multi Developers India Pvt. Ltd. sits right on Kankarbagh Main Road, close to Tivari Bacher. If you have ever driven down that road, you know how busy it gets with all the cars and people moving about. Our office is a simple place where we spend a lot of time looking at maps and talking on the phone. We are involved in development work, which basically means a lot of paperwork and meeting with different people throughout the day. It is not always exciting, but it is the kind of work that needs a lot of attention to detail so nothing goes wrong later. We have a small desk for everyone and a tiny area where we make coffee. It is nothing like those big corporate offices you see in movies. We are just regular folks trying to make things happen in the local area. Sometimes we are out on-site and the office is empty for a few hours. Other times, it is so crowded we can barely find a place to sit down. We have been at this for a while and we know the streets around here pretty well. We do not spend much time on fancy slogans or branding. We would rather just get the projects moving and make sure everything is handled the right way from start to finish. It is a lot of coordination and checking things twice. That is just the daily routine for us here.
