Kajaria Ceramics Ltd

We’ve been here at Khajpura for quite a while now. Most people know the Kajaria Ceramics Ltd shop because we're tucked away in Finance Colony on Road No.-4. It’s a busy area, but the shop stays relatively quiet unless we have a big delivery coming in. When you walk in, you’ll see stacks of tiles and samples everywhere. It’s not a fancy showroom like you see in the magazines. It's just us, the inventory, and a few chairs for when customers want to sit and figure out their measurements. Sometimes the dust gets on everything, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the display pieces. Working with ceramics is heavy work. Lifting boxes all day keeps us busy. We deal with all sorts of people, from contractors who know exactly what they want to homeowners who spend an hour looking at two different shades of white. It's funny how a small difference in color can matter so much to someone. We try to keep things organized, but when the trucks arrive, the whole place gets a bit chaotic for a couple of hours. That’s just how it goes here in Patna. We handle the paperwork, check the stock, and make sure the deliveries go out to the right houses. It isn't glamorous. Some days are slow, and we just drink tea and talk about the weather. Other days, we can’t even find a minute to sit down. That's life at this branch.
