K M T P Agro Venture Llp is located at Smt Madhury Narain Plaza in the Kadamkuan area. It’s a bit different because we are in a plaza rather than a field, but our heart is still in the agro business. We deal with the side of farming that happens in the town, like planning and getting things moved around. Kadamkuan is a busy part of the city and being at the plaza makes it easy for people to find us. We aren't a massive corporation with floors of offices. We have our small space where we get the work done. The people running things here are just regular folks who know a bit about the agriculture world. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people who bring their produce in from the surrounding areas. It’s a lot of logistical work, trying to make sure things get from the farm to where they need to go. We don’t use any polished language or try to act like we are bigger than we are. It’s just a practical agro venture. We have some people who handle the accounts and others who talk to the farmers. It keeps us on our toes every day. Being in such a central location helps us stay connected to both the rural suppliers and the city buyers. We just take it one day at a time and try to handle the business as best as possible.
