Jyoti Structures Limited Mumbai

Even though the name says Jyoti Structures Limited Mumbai, this specific branch of ours is actually located in Patna, Bihar. We are set up in Village Bhushanchak, which is under the Post Karanja area. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city center, but being out here gives us the space we need for our operations. The village setting is quite different from what you might expect for a structural company. We deal with a lot of the steelwork and tower components that are essential for the power lines running through the district. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination with the guys out on the sites. Since we are in the Patna district, we have to deal with the typical Bihar weather, which means it gets incredibly hot in the middle of the year. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional building where we keep our files and meet to discuss the weekly schedules. We have a mix of people working here, some who have been with the company for a long time and others who just joined from the local area. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. We just show up, do the jobs that are assigned to us, and try to keep things organized. It's a lot of logistical work, making sure the right parts reach the right villages at the right time. That’s pretty much what our life is like here.
