Our store is situated in Kankar Bagh, which is one of the busiest parts of Patna. We have been here for many years and have seen the area grow and change quite a bit. We mostly deal with chains and other hardware items for people who need them for their work. It is a very practical and no-nonsense kind of shop. The shelves are often packed to the ceiling, so it might look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is kept. We do not have a fancy showroom with bright lights. It is more of a place where you walk in, tell us what you are looking for, and we go find it for you in the back. A lot of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for a decade or more. They know they can just stop by for a quick chat while we get their items ready. The summers in Patna can be incredibly hot, but we keep the fans running and just keep working through it. We are not trying to be the biggest company in the state. We just want to keep doing our job and providing what people need. There is always a bit of dust coming in from the main road, but that is just how it is here. We keep our records in traditional ledgers and try to stay on top of the stock as best as we can.
