Jiya Enterprises - Sahara Q Shop is located in the heart of Patna. We are specifically at Shop-12 in the Gupta Market, which is very near the Alpana Market. The pincode is 800001. Patna is a very busy and crowded city, and this market area is no exception to that. There’s always noise from the street and people walking by our door. Our shop is one of many in the market, but we’ve been here in Shop-12 for a good number of years. We sell the usual household items and groceries that you’d expect to find in a Q Shop. Gupta Market is a bit old-fashioned and the hallways are narrow, but it has everything you need. We share the space with a lot of other vendors who sell clothes or electronics. It can get a bit cramped inside the shop when we get a big delivery of new stock. Boxes get piled up in the corners and we have to move them around to find things. I try to keep it organized, but it’s a challenge sometimes when we are busy. Being near Alpana Market means there is a lot of foot traffic all day long. People stop in while they are doing their other shopping for the day. It’s a practical location for a business. We don’t have any big advertisements or flashy window displays. Just the items we sell and a counter to pay at.
