You can find us in Shahin Market on the second floor. We are right on Khagul Road in the Anisabad area. Being near S S Hospital makes it easier for people to describe the location when they are giving directions. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, so when classes change, it gets a little crowded in the hallway. We have been in this market for some time. The view from the window is just the busy Khagul Road, which is always full of traffic and horns honking. It is a typical Patna scene. Inside, we have set up the rooms with enough chairs for the batches. We don't have fancy lights or any high-tech gadgets, just the usual boards and markers. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but they are covered with some old charts and formulas anyway. Teaching math takes up most of our energy. We usually start the day with a clean board and by evening, everything is covered in ink. It gets dusty because of the main road, so we have to wipe the tables down every morning. It’s a plain, honest space where the focus is just on the numbers. Most of the students come from the surrounding neighborhoods of Anisabad. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us managing everything from the teaching to the cleaning. Downstairs, the shopkeepers are friendly and we often chat with them during the afternoon slump when the traffic dies down just a little bit.
