Our office is over by the Patna Airport, specifically linked with the Civil Aviation Department area. It’s an interesting spot to work because of all the activity around the airport. We handle the cement side of things from here. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of logistics and making sure supplies are where they need to be. The dust from the road and the noise of the planes are just part of the day. We’ve been here in Bihar for a while, and we know the landscape well. My father, P.N. Thakur, was involved with things here too, so it feels familiar. It’s a family-connected sort of thing in a way. We have a small staff that keeps the records straight. We don't have a big corporate lobby. If you come by, you’ll just see people working on ledgers or talking on the phone. It’s practical work. We deal with the realities of transport and construction materials every day. Sometimes the heat in Patna makes it tough, but we keep the fans going and stay on task. We just aim to get the cement moved and the orders filled without any unnecessary drama. It’s honest work that needs doing, and we are the ones here doing it. We just try to stay out of the way and do our jobs.
