You can find Jaini Nfraproject Ltd out in West Bengal, specifically at the Ningha Colliery area. We are set up at C/O Nemai Chandra Dutta, Ningha C Block in Burdwan. Working near a colliery means there is always a bit of coal dust in the air and a lot of heavy trucks moving around. It’s a very different vibe compared to the big cities. Most of our work involves infrastructure projects that keep us out in the field more than in the office. The office itself is quite plain and functional. We spend a lot of time checking on equipment and talking to the crews about the current project status. The weather in Burdwan can get incredibly hot and humid, which makes the outdoor work pretty tough some days. We usually gather around the office in the mornings to figure out the schedule before heading out. It’s a lot of logistical work, making sure the right machines are in the right places. Since we are in the C Block area, we are pretty well known to the locals who work in and around the colliery. We don’t really go for big announcements or corporate events. We just show up, do the infrastructure work we’re supposed to do, and go home when it’s finished. It’s a practical life where the focus is always on the machines and the ground we are working on. We just keep plugging away at the tasks assigned.
