If you are in Patna, you can find us over at Navneet Colony in Rukanpura. We are positioned right off Baily Road, which anyone in the city knows is always packed with traffic. Our office is tucked a little way back from the main road, so it stays a bit quieter for us when we need to think. We manage various project operations from this side of Bihar. Inside, the place is usually humming with activity. People are constantly coming in with site updates or paperwork that needs signing. The office has a very lived-in feel, filled with stacks of files and different pieces of gear. We do not go for fancy furniture or any modern office design. We just care about having stuff that works for us. A lot of our time is spent on our phones, coordinating with the crews out in the field and checking on deliveries. When the Patna heat gets intense, we have the fans going on full blast just to keep cool. The 800014 area is a good central spot for us to reach all our sites. For lunch, we usually grab something from the stalls along Baily Road. It is a fast-paced environment, but we keep things friendly among the staff. We do not do many formal meetings here. Most of our planning happens over a quick cup of chai in the morning before the day really gets moving. We just stay focused on the project calendar and getting the work done.
