Our office is tucked away in the Noorani Bagh Colony, specifically over in Alamganj Chowki near Gulzarbagh. It is a bit of a maze back there sometimes, especially with the Patna traffic being what it is. We handle things for Tata Steel here in Bihar, which keeps everyone on their toes. Sri Kapil Deo Prasad started things off, and we are still running from this spot in Patna-7. The building is just a regular place, nothing too special to look at from the outside. You might miss it if you aren't looking for the 5/B sign. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking lists of steel supplies. It gets crowded in the office when the trucks are scheduled to arrive or when the paperwork starts piling up on the desks. We drink a lot of tea while we work through the orders. Life in Bihar moves at its own pace, but the steel trade doesn't wait for anyone. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just have to sit and wait it out, chatting about the weather or the local news. It’s just how things are. We know most of the people who come through the door by their first names. We aren't trying to be the biggest, just trying to make sure the stock moves where it’s supposed to go without too much trouble. It is honest work for us.
