Jagdamba Auto Parts

Jagdamba Auto Parts is located over in Birsa Adivasi Colony, which is in the Gulzarbagh area. We’re quite easy to find because we are right near the SBI Bank. It’s a local neighborhood, so most of the people we see are our neighbors or people living nearby in Gulzarbagh. The shop is a straightforward place. We have shelves lined with various parts and a small counter where we talk to customers. It’s not a big corporate store with bright lights. It’s just a regular shop where the floor might be a bit uneven and the paint is peeling a little in the corners. We like being near the bank because there’s always people around, and it feels safe and active. The colony is a quiet enough place most of the time. We spend a lot of our day sorting through stock and helping people find exactly what they need for their repairs. We don't use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what we have and what it costs. It’s a very direct way of doing things. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to work by the light from the door, but we’re used to that. It’s just our small business, and we’re happy to be part of the community here. We have an old ceiling fan that makes a clicking noise, but we don't mind. We just focus on getting the right part to the right person.
