About Ivrcl Infrastructure & Projects Limited – Metals & Minerals in Patna
We've been at Kaushalya Estate for a while now. Flat 303 in Block D is where we keep all our files and do the paperwork. It’s right near Dak Bangla Chauraha, so the area gets pretty crowded during the day. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to take the stairs, which isn't great in the summer heat. Our desks are a bit cluttered with blueprints and old site reports. Most of us take our lunch breaks together, usually just getting something quick from the vendors down at Bander Baghicha. It's a busy spot in Patna. We handle a lot of the infrastructure work from here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with the project schedules to worry about that. People stop by to drop off documents or ask about current work in the city. The traffic outside is always loud. You can hear the horns all afternoon. It’s a typical office environment where things just get done. We know the tea seller downstairs quite well. He brings up chai around four o’clock. That’s usually when we catch up on what happened at the different sites. It isn't a fancy place, just where Ivrcl Infrastructure & Projects Limited operates from in this part of town. We’ve grown used to the quirks of the building. The windows look out over the street, and there’s always something going on.
