Infra Equip(P)Ltd.(Volvo)

Our office is located in Patna, Bihar, at the C/O Balmukand Prasad address. We’ve been here for a long time now. We deal with heavy machinery, specifically Volvo equipment. The place isn't anything like a modern office you’d see in a big city. It’s a practical space where we handle sales and talk to customers about repairs. There’s usually a bit of dust because of the heavy traffic and construction work nearby. We have some old wooden desks and filing cabinets that are full of manuals. Most of our guys are out at work sites across Bihar, so the office is often just a couple of us answering phones. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. If someone needs a part or a machine serviced, they just give us a call or stop by. We have a small bench out front where people sit and wait. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the news while we work. The neighborhood is busy, but we’ve got a good spot that everyone knows. We don’t have any mission statements on the walls. We just try to make sure the equipment is running so people can get their own work done. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. We don't try to be something we aren't.
