Our office is in Garikhana, over in the Khagaul area of Patna, quite near the Dakbunglow. This part of town has its own pace, a bit different from the very center of the city. We have a modest setup here where we plan out trips and handle travel bookings. It’s just a normal room with some desks, chairs, and a few maps on the walls to help us visualize where people are going. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been doing this for a while. We spend a lot of time on the phone with hotels and transport providers. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out and talk to the neighbors until it comes back on. That’s just part of living and working in Patna. We don't use any complicated software, just the stuff that works for us. People from the neighborhood often drop by just to ask a quick question about a train or a flight. We like the personal feel of being in Garikhana. It’s not a shiny corporate office, but it is comfortable for us. We drink our tea, talk to our clients, and make sure the paperwork is in order. It’s practical work that we’ve been doing for years, and we don't see any reason to change how we do things now.
