Our office is in Mahatma Gandhi Nagar, over in the Kankarbagh area. We are at B.H.C 51, in a place called Sanjivani. If you are looking for us, we are right behind the Punjab National Bank. It is a residential neighborhood, so it feels very comfortable. We aren't in one of those tall glass towers. We are just in a regular building where people live and work side by side. Inclusive Growth Management is about exactly what the name says, but we don't make it sound more complicated than it is. We just look at how things are growing and try to manage it so more people are included. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and meet with people who stop by. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere. Sometimes we’re drinking tea and talking about the day before we get into the heavy work. Being behind the bank is handy because everyone knows where that is. We like the Kankarbagh area because it’s central but still feels like a community. We don't have a big marketing team. Most people hear about us from their friends or neighbors. We just try to do a decent job every day and keep our records in order so that everything runs smoothly for everyone involved. It is a quiet way to run a business, but it keeps us busy enough throughout the week.
