Idle Educare Private Limited is located in Rafiganj, right in the Teacher colony of Babuganj. We are based at Jitendra Kumar Singh’s house. Rafiganj is a place where everyone kind of knows each other, so we feel right at home here. We are an education company, but we don't act like some big corporate office. We just have a simple setup where we handle our daily tasks. Jitendra Kumar Singh is the one who keeps everything running smoothly. The Teacher colony is a good spot for us because it is mostly quiet and we can focus on our work without many distractions. We spend a lot of time talking to local families about what they need. We don't have a receptionist or a big waiting room. If you come by, you just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for us. Sometimes we have tea together while we figure out the next month’s plan. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the gate squeaks a bit when you open it, but it is our place and we like it. We aren't interested in making flashy promises. We just show up every day and do the work that needs doing. If you are in Babuganj, you can just ask for the teacher colony and most people can point you to Jitendra’s place.
