Hasty Tasty Restaurant

Hasty Tasty is sitting right on R K Avenue, along Nala Road. We are pretty close to the petrol pump, which makes it easy for people to find us when they’re out driving or getting fuel. We’ve been serving food here for a good number of years. It’s a straightforward restaurant—nothing too fancy or modern. We have the usual tables and chairs, and the kitchen is right in the back where you can hear the pots clanging and the burners going. It gets quite loud during the lunch hour when the local workers and students come in for a quick meal. We don’t have a massive menu with hundreds of items. We just stick to the things we know how to cook well. The staff has been with us for a while, so we all know how the day goes. Sometimes the service is a bit slow if we get a sudden rush, but we try to get the food out as fast as we can. It’s not a five-star dining experience, but the food is honest and it fills you up. We don’t do any fancy plating or use expensive tablecloths. People come here because they know what to expect and they like the convenience of our location on Nala Road. We’re just a local spot where you can grab a bite without making a big deal out of it. We see the same faces almost every day, which makes the work feel more like a community.
