My name is linked to the work we do at the NTPC STPP in Barh. My father is Shri Shadhu Saran Singh, and we are based out of Shanti Tola in Berdhna. This is in the Barh area of Patna district. I handle the management side of things for the construction projects happening at the power plant. Our home and office are pretty much the same place in the village. It is a quiet spot until you get closer to the main project site. We’ve been involved with the STPP work for quite a few years now. Being a senior manager here isn't about sitting in a leather chair; it's about being out there in the dirt and making sure the workers have what they need. We deal with the local logistics and the daily hurdles that come with big industrial projects. Shanti Tola is where we belong, and people around here know us as the ones who get things moving at the site. We don't have a website or a marketing team. We just rely on the work we do and the word of mouth in the Barh community. It's honest work that helps the region get its power. We take it day by day, managing the crews and the equipment as best as we can. There is always a lot to do before sundown around these parts.
