Our office sits on C P Thakur Path in the New Punaichak area. It’s a quiet enough street in Rajbanshinagar, though the main roads nearby are always packed. Inside Sef Agro Therm, things are fairly straightforward. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a lot of technical manuals stacked on the shelves. We deal with agricultural and thermal equipment, so there are often blueprints or product diagrams spread out on the main table. It’s not a flashy setup. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to vendors or checking on orders that are coming in or going out. The fans overhead stay on most of the day to keep the Bihar heat at bay. Sometimes people drop by to ask about specific parts, and we spend time looking through the inventory lists to see what we can find. The walls have a few calendars and some old photos of machinery we've handled over the years. We usually start the day with a cup of tea and a look at the to-do list. There is always paperwork to be filed and equipment specs to be verified. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of attention to detail, so we try to keep the distractions to a minimum. It’s just a regular workplace where we focus on the practical side of the agro-thermal business every day.
