Our office is situated in Professor Colony, which is a nice part of Digha in Patna. We are located at Damodar Das Guru’s place, right on Don Bosco Road. It’s a fairly well-known area because of the school nearby, so there’s always a lot of traffic and movement during the day. Guru's Development Consultancy Private Limited is a small operation. We focus on development work and consulting, mostly just using our experience to help out where we can. The office is part of a residential building, which gives it a very relaxed and academic feel, fitting for a place called Professor Colony. We have bookshelves filled with old files and some computers that have seen better days but still work fine. It’s a quiet place mostly, except when the school lets out and the road gets loud. We like being in Digha because it’s a bit away from the extreme chaos of the city center but still close enough to get anywhere. We don't have any big mission statements or posters about being the leaders in the industry. We just sit here, look at the data, write our reports, and talk to our clients. It’s a straightforward way to live and work. Usually, there’s a pot of tea going and some snacks on the table while we go through our daily tasks. It is just how things get done here every single day.
