Gulistan Real Estates Private Limited

Gulistan Real Estates is located right across from Naaz Cinema in Iqbal Park. We've been here in Smc Complex for a while now, specifically in Block D at unit Gf-003. Most people in the neighborhood know the spot because of the theater nearby. It gets busy around here, but it's a good place to be. We handle property stuff, mostly helping people find houses or land in this part of town. It’s not a big fancy office, just a small space where we sit and go through paperwork. My cousin started this business because he knew the area well and people kept asking him for advice on where to buy. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone comes in looking for a flat, we show them what's available on the list. We don't do big advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. Dealing with real estate around Iqbal Park can be tricky with all the old buildings and new developments, but we manage. Sometimes the power goes out in the complex, but we just keep working. It's a local business through and through. We know the streets and the landlords around here. If you're walking past the Naaz Cinema, you can see our sign in the complex. We’re usually there during the day, unless we are out at a site showing someone a property. We just do our work and help the locals out when they need a place to move into.
