We've been at Milan Pandey A/302 for quite a while now. The Ramanand Apartments in Anand Puri is where most people find us if they're looking for boards or ply for their home projects. Patna has changed a lot since we started, but this part of town still feels familiar. We mostly deal with the stock coming in and out, checking the sheets and making sure things aren't damaged. It gets dusty in the office sometimes, especially when the trucks are moving nearby. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who drop by. It’s not a fancy setup. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors. People usually come here when they are fixing up their kitchens or building new cabinets. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up. It is just how it goes when you are busy. The neighbors in Anand Puri know us well. We keep regular hours. If someone needs a specific type of wood, we check the back and see what's available. Sometimes we have it right there, other times it takes a few days. We don't spend much time on decorations or making the place look like a showroom. It’s more of a workspace where things actually happen. We’ve seen many houses in the area get built using what we supply from this flat. It's good to see the progress around here.
